I started using ChatGPT the week it launched in 2022. Today, my work includes deploying AI in enterprise and automating processes. I connect the technology with the people and tasks it needs to support, with testing, clear instructions and practical adoption.
I have founder experience and an MBA. I’ve built websites for Prestige Golf, Safe N Weigh and Statchecker, an app for Statchecker, and two iOS apps. That means understanding both the business brief and the details of delivery.
I build custom CRMs and communications systems, connecting marketing, incoming leads, follow-up and delivery. My experience includes Resend and Twilio integrations that help customer information and next actions move through the business.
At Ola, I launched regions, handled state compliance and helped build map pickup locations. I also managed a COVID-era service involving daily vehicle cleaning and protective barriers. Operational details matter when a plan meets reality.
Coaching at professional and junior national levels taught me to explain clearly, adapt to the person and translate an ambition into consistent action. I bring that approach to training and helping teams change how they work.
